For a game issue, include the device model, operating system version, the action you took and what happened. If available, your in-game Support ID can help us locate an account. Please do not send passwords, recovery credentials, session tickets, authentication codes, signing keys or other secrets.
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, use the same email address or your existing verified tester contact channel. You do not need to delete an account to exercise another right. We will ask only for information needed to identify and verify the request.
